We require all artwork in a digital format. Sorry, but we can’t work with anything like prints, film, slides, mechanical artwork, laser printouts, or clippings. We need all of the artwork already digitized, preferably in a native graphics program. If you’re absolutely unable to get artwork in this format, we do have paid design services available. Please contact us regarding the feasibility of your project.

We Accept the Following File Formats:

  • PDF, TIFF, PSD, EPS, AI, JPG
  • Both Mac and PC formats are acceptable
  • CMYK Colors *We cannot guarantee accuracy for files submitted in RGB or spot colors.
  • Please ensure all graphics are a minimum of 300 dpi if submitting rasterized pixel art.

Best Practices to Ensure a Precise Order Process:

Be sure to convert all of your fonts (written text or type) to outlines if possible. This will eliminate any issues of missing fonts when we go to print your artwork. Or, for absolute certainty, please include all fonts used in the artwork in the event we need to make a small change on your behalf. Be sure to embed all linked images in your artwork if you have placed any graphics. For example, if you have a linked Adobe Photoshop file in your Adobe Illustrator file, please be sure to include both when submitting your artwork.

Vector Versus Bitmap (Raster) Graphics:

For the absolute best results, we encourage our customers to submit their artwork in vector format when possible. Vector graphics consist of tiny, mathematical points and paths, called “vectors.” The advantage to this format is limitless scalability. There is no sacrifice in quality when enlarging graphics of this format.
